Launched my Dev Site

I was learning Next.js and interested on using Chakra-UI at the time, so I built another site for myself which will focus on dev related content. 

It became a foundation for me to build another site and/or apps using Next.js and Chakra-UI, and eventually brings me to publish my own next.js chakra-UI template: `nextchakra-starter`
